Twitter Purge: Mass Unfollow

Did you start out on Twitter by randomly following people to get more followers? Clean up your Twitter usage by unfollowing everyone! Then you can start fresh and follow only the people you care to follow and build relationships with.

Someone apparently flagged this tool as malware -- probably because it asks for your twitter username & password and it is scary to give another site this info.

I made this tool for myself using the Twitter API. The Twitter API lets you authenticate through OAuth or directly through username & password. It was easier to authenticate through the latter, so that is what I've done.

There are no terms of service violations going on here... it is perfectly acceptable to use the Twitter API to unfollow people.

If you want to use the tool, but are scared you can't trust me, then just change your password through Twitter once the tool finishes and you'll be safe.
